If I put this in my gas tank will it polish my exhaust valves?

I’ve already ported the head using the finest beach sand I could find. But I need to know if this stuff will do a a good job polishing the valves.

it will polish the exhaust valves, but not the intake valves. But unless you have the unleaded exhaust cleaner & polisher you need to disconnect your cat first. Cats do not like the leaded cleaner, it messes up their fur something awful and they will be too busy cleaning their fur to chase the carbon monoxide and nitrous oxide around.

I prefer a fine grain sand, fine enough it passes though the fuel filter. It cleans & polishes everything.
